Information on delivery:

Delivery term depends on the country in which the order is filled. Here you can find delivery time and shipping fee for each country in which we deliver. This term is indicative, it can be modified for reasons beyond our control.

Displayed prices and additional costs / charges are calculated including value added tax (VAT), governed by the Romanian tax laws.

Delivery is made by courier, at the Location of Customer.

On the day the parcel with your Order is shipped, you will be notified by email. It will be sent by Avenio company and shall include AWB number for the parcel.

The courier company or the carrier is liable for any damage caused to the product, package or parcel sent by us during transport, in accordance with local regulations. Products will be replaced by us if our fault is proved and we will be informed in due time.

Online marketing of items purchased on Avenio site is strictly prohibited! In case of violation, we reserve the right to suspend access to Avenio account. If we found damages from the sale of items purchased online, we reserve the right to act for their recovery.

Information regarding the Return of Products:

Purchaser has the right to notify Seller in writing, by email, that he/she waives the purchase, without any penalties and without giving any reason, within 14 days after receiving the product. You can find more details on page Return

The actual return of the product can be made by courier, all costs being borne by Purchaser, provided that the product is in the same condition when it was delivered (in original packaging with all accessories, with intact labels and all accompanying documents) .

The equivalent value of returned goods, including delivery costs, excluding additional costs caused by the fact that you chose another way of delivery than the standard one offered by us, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 30 days from the date on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw the purchase shall be paid by bank transfer.
