It is our hope that you love your new dress but we understand that shopping online can pose challenges when it comes to clothing. If your dress didn’t work out, didn’t fit, or wasn’t what you were expecting please contact us as soon as possible to initiate the return process.
Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days after you receive the package and we will provide a shipping address for your returns. We reserve the right to refuse any return that has not been notified within 15 days after the package is arrived.
All returns must be received in their original condition with tags attached. Any item received with tags removed, stains, odors, animal hair, or any other sign of wear and tear will be refused and not refunded.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Avenio.com is not responsible for returns lost by the carrier so please make sure you get a tracking number for your parcel.
Once a return has been received, refunds will be automatically processed back to your original method of payment.
If you are returning for a refund, we will process your refund within 48 business hours of receiving your return. Please note it can take 1-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your bank/credit card. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Items not eligible for a refund:
– All shipping charges
– Items not received in their original condition and/or items with tags removed
– Items that has not been notified for return on email@example.com within 15 days after the package is arrived or items returned for more than 30 days from the date they were received from the buyer
